Each CCS Industrials location ensures the following:


Communication:

If required, employees can communicate order handling processing through Email / Phone or Fax. Customers can specify the manner in which they require communication.

Assistive Devices:

CCS is aware of the importance of having our locations available for persons who use a wheelchair, walkers, etc. Customer Service employees at each CCS location will work with the Customer on developing a standard of delivery that is acceptable to the Customer. CCS is dedicated to meeting or exceeding the regulation requirements and will plan accordingly on improving each location as required.

Service Animals / Support Persons:

CCS employees are aware that service animals and/or support persons may be used by Customers in order to receive customer service. CCS employees will communicate with the Customer the method required by the Customer to ensure customer service is achieved.
